Moderator Guidelines

Please contact your session presenters at least one week before the conference.

1. Presentations will be in 180 REDC, Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
2. Copy all presenters presentations onto the PC provided at least 15 minutes before your session's scheduled time. PC has CD and USB memory stick (flash drive) capabilities.
3. Presentation software to be used is PowerPoint 2007 (pptx files). This version will read 1997 - 2003 versions of PowerPoint (.ppt).
4. There will be a computer projection system, Internet access, document camera, and combination VCR/DVD player available for use.
5. Plan 15 minutes of presentation, 3 minutes for discussion and questions, and have the next speaker setup while the presenter is answering questions. (Base on 90 minute session with 5 presenters.)
6. Introduce speaker(s) by name and affiliation. To save time, bios will be in the proceedings.
